1. Accepting these terms

These terms govern your use of the AI Sheet app, provided by Ly Minh Mai Company Limited (“we”, “us”). By using its AI features you accept them and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use AI Sheet.

2. Who can use AI Sheet

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age in your country to use online services without a parent’s consent if that is higher.

3. What AI Sheet does

AI Sheet creates and edits Excel (.xlsx) spreadsheets on your device. When you write a prompt, an AI model drafts or changes cells, values and formulas, and you choose which changes to keep. Spreadsheets are stored on your device; keep your own copies of anything important.

4. About AI-generated content

• AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable. Check every spreadsheet, and especially its numbers and formulas, before you use, send or rely on it.
• AI Sheet does not give accounting, tax, financial, legal or other professional advice. Budgets, invoices and other templates are a starting point, not a substitute for a qualified professional.
• Edits keep the existing formatting, charts and other contents of your file where possible. Values shown in the app are calculated by the app and may differ from Excel for some functions; Excel recalculates the file when you open it.

5. Your responsibilities

• Only use files and photos you have the right to use, do not photograph other people’s private information without their permission, and do not use AI Sheet to create content that is illegal, infringes others’ rights, deceives people, or harasses or harms anyone.
• Do not try to break, overload, reverse-engineer or get around the limits of the service.
• You are responsible for activity on your device and in the app.

6. Accounts, suspension and termination

You can delete your data at any time in Settings. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put the service or others at risk. We may change or stop the service; if we stop it, we will try to give reasonable notice.

7. Limits on AI use

To keep AI Sheet fast, available and affordable for everyone, AI features have limits:

• Prompts per day: 3 on the free plan and 100 with AI Sheet Plus. The count resets at midnight UTC. A prompt that fails (an error, a time-out, or an answer too long to finish) is not counted.
• One request at a time: each user can run one AI request at a time.
• Size of a request: a prompt can be up to 2,000 characters with up to 4 photos. Spreadsheets with up to about 60,000 characters of cell content (and 20,000 filled cells) can be edited with AI at once; select a cell to work on the rows around it in larger ones.
• Size of an answer: in one go the AI fills up to about 2,000 cells. For larger requests it builds the structure and a first part, and you can ask for more in the editor.
• Time: a request that takes longer than 90 seconds is stopped.
• Fair use: AI Sheet Plus includes daily and monthly fair-use limits on AI processing, and we may limit or pause use that is unusually heavy or automated (for example scripts, or many accounts from one network) to protect the service.

The current number of prompts left today is shown in the app. We may change these limits; material reductions for Plus subscribers will be notified in advance.

8. AI Sheet Plus

• AI Sheet Plus is an optional subscription, bought through the App Store, that raises the number of AI prompts you can use each day (see section 7). The price, period and any free trial are shown before you buy.
• Payment is charged to your Apple account when you confirm the purchase or, with a free trial, when the trial ends. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel it in your App Store account settings; after cancelling, Plus stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple’s policies. Deleting your AI Sheet account does not cancel the subscription.
• We may change prices or benefits; price changes are notified in advance as Apple requires.

9. Content and ownership

• Your spreadsheets and prompts belong to you, and so does the content the AI produces for you, to the extent the law allows. You allow us to process them as needed to provide AI Sheet, as described in the Privacy Policy.
• The app, its design and other assets belong to us or our licensors.

10. Third-party services

AI Sheet relies on third parties (AI model providers, hosting, the App Store). Your use of those services is also subject to their terms.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

To the extent permitted by law, AI Sheet is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or completely secure, or that its output will be accurate or fit for a particular purpose.

12. Limitation of liability

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of data, profit or opportunity, arising from your use of (or inability to use) AI Sheet, including reliance on AI-generated content.
• To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for all claims relating to AI Sheet will not exceed the amount you paid us for it in the 12 months before the claim.
• Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, including mandatory consumer rights where you live.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. For material changes we will let you know in the app before they take effect. If you keep using AI Sheet after that, you accept the new terms.

14. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. We will first try to resolve any dispute by negotiation; failing that, it will go to a competent court in Vietnam. This does not take away any mandatory consumer rights you have under the law where you live.
